Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Certain items — including bras and panty sets, lingerie and select accessories and bags — may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, customers must place a new order for the desired product.

  • Once the original item is returned and approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Credit will be emailed to the customer and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Our customer support team responds to all inquiries within 24 hours or one business day.
